Exercise is medicine!

Join us for a group exercise class:

  • In this class, we break out into stations where we use equipment to focus on different skills such as balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination and functional mobility. We also include fine motor and cognitive tasks for an added challenge and dual task training.

  • stands for Parkinson Wellness Recovery and consists of amplitude based exercises developed to focus on essential skills that are often affected by Parkinson’s such as posture, flexibility, balance, strength, and functional mobility. For an introduction to PWR! Moves, click here.

  • Balance & Boxing is a fusion class that focuses on training our three balance systems while combining boxing techniques. Participants engage in dynamic punches, footwork drills, and agility exercises while integrating balance challenges.
