Exercise is Medicine! Book a Class.

We offer a pay per class option as well as an unlimited group class membership. Included in the monthly unlimited membership you will receive:

  • Free 30min initial consultation as well as follow up consultations every 6 months to assess your progress

  • Access to all in person group exercise classes

Circuit Class: In this class, we break out into stations where we use equipment to focus on different skills such as balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination and functional mobility. We also include fine motor and cognitive tasks for an added challenge and dual task training.

Balance & Boxing : Balance & Boxing is a fusion class that focuses on training our three balance systems while combining boxing techniques. Participants engage in dynamic punches, footwork drills, and agility exercises while integrating balance challenges.

PWR! stands for Parkinson Wellness Recovery and consists of amplitude based exercises developed to focus on essential skills that are often affected by Parkinson’s such as posture, flexibility, balance, strength, and functional mobility. For an introduction to PWR! Moves, click here.

We are now offering our pre-recorded Balance Classes and PWR! Moves classes for FREE to the community. Find a library of classes linked for the BALANCE and PWR! Moves classes! If you want more, please join us in person during the classes scheduled above.
