Jessie Agrimis, PT, DPT, NCS, ATP
Jessie is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Board-Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist (NCS) specializing in neurologic rehabilitation for individuals with Parkinson’s disease, stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, and vestibular and balance disorders. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from San Diego State University and completed a Neurologic Physical Therapy Residency at the University of Washington Medical Center. Jessie is PWR! Moves Certified, an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP), certified in Vestibular Rehabilitation through Emory University, and serves as a board member for the Parkinson’s Association of San Diego.
President & FounderHope Nichols, PTA
Physical therapy Assistant & Clinic ManagerHope is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) and Clinic Manager specializing in neurologic rehabilitation for individuals with Parkinson’s disease, stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, and balance disorders. She earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Pima Medical Institute, completing her final clinical internship at NeuroLab 360, and previously worked in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Hope is PWR! Moves Certified and holds an Advanced Proficiency in Neurology.
Shea Cleary, MS, OTR/L, CNS
Shea is a certified Occupational Therapist specializing in neurologic rehabilitation to help individuals regain functional engagement in everyday activities following traumatic or acquired neurologic injury. She earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine and previously worked at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center, treating individuals with stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, and other neurologic conditions. Shea has experience working with clients presenting with spasticity, visual impairments, and coordination deficits resulting from neurologic illness or injury.
Occupational TherapistMaia Baehr, PT, DPT
Maia is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) specializing in neurologic rehabilitation for individuals with Parkinson’s disease, stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, and balance disorders. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from San Diego State University and previously treated patients in the acute rehabilitation setting at Tri-City Medical Center, working with individuals recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and other complex medical conditions. Maia brings her passion for neurologic rehabilitation to NeuroLab 360, helping clients maximize independence, improve mobility, and enhance quality of life.

Kristine is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Board-Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist (NCS) specializing in neurologic rehabilitation for individuals with Parkinson’s disease, stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, and vestibular and balance disorders. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University in Arizona and completed a Neurologic Physical Therapy Residency with Northern Arizona University and HonorHealth. Kristine is PWR! Moves Certified, an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP), holds a certification in Adapted Yoga, and serves as a board member for the San Diego Brain Injury Foundation.
BOard Secretary & FounderRaquel (Rocki) Stiling
Rocki is a Pilates Instructor and Clinic Coordinator who works with individuals with neurologic conditions to support movement, performance, and functional recovery through exercise. She is currently pursuing her M.S. in Biomedical Neuroscience at the UF and earned her B.S. in Biology with a specialization in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from the UC Davis. Following her undergraduate studies, Rocki competed as a professional track athlete, which sparked her interest in human performance and the interconnected physical and cognitive benefits of exercise.
Clinic Operations & Pilates InstructorJack Hogan, PT, DPT
Jack is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) specializing in neurologic rehabilitation for individuals with Parkinson’s disease, stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, and balance disorders. He earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from San Diego State University and currently serves as a student physical therapist mentor in the SDSU Adapted Sports Physical Therapy Clinic. Jack is PWR! Moves Certified and previously treated individuals with neurologic conditions at Sharp HealthCare and the Department of Veterans Affairs.

BOard Treasurer & FOunderMeagan is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Board-Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist (NCS) specializing in neurologic rehabilitation for individuals with Parkinson’s disease, stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, and vestibular and balance disorders. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from San Diego State University and previously worked at a nationally ranked hospital across acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient neurologic rehabilitation settings. Meagan is PWR! Moves Certified and holds additional certifications in Pilates for Rehabilitation Professionals.
Audrey Matthess, MS, OTR/L
Audrey is a certified Occupational Therapist specializing in neurologic rehabilitation for individuals with multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, ALS, and other conditions that impact daily function and independence. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. Prior to joining NeuroLab 360, Audrey worked as a lead neurologic therapist in Carlsbad, focusing on functional activities of daily living to support independence in meaningful tasks.

Brian is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) specializing in neurologic rehabilitation for individuals with Parkinson’s disease, stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, and balance disorders. He earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from San Diego State University, where he trained in an inpatient neurologic setting at Paradise Valley Hospital and completed a clinical internship at NeuroLab 360. Brian previously worked in an outpatient orthopedic clinic and has been involved with the San Diego State Adapted Sports Physical Therapy Clinic as both a student and mentor.
