The PWR! Moves classes begin with an interval warm up where we focus on aerobics, strengthening, balance, and coordination followed by PWR! Moves and PWR! Flow done in different positions. We wrap up with a flexibility cool down.

Seated Exercise
Our seated exercise classes include interval based exercises where we work on aerobics, strengthening and coordination followed by PWR! Moves and PWR! Flow with seated options throughout. We finish with a seated stretch to cool down.

Balance Training
Our balance training classes consist of standing balance exercises to help improve balance and reduce fall risk. Options are provided throughout to provide challenging exercises for all levels.
