What is the Bioness L300 Go?

L300 Go is a functional electrical stimulation (FES) system capable of producing measurable mobility improvements for patients with foot drop and/or knee instability caused by an upper motor neuron disease or injury such as:

·       Stroke

·       Multiple Sclerosis

·       Cerebral Palsy

·       Incomplete Spinal Cord Injury

·       Traumatic Brain Injury

How it works:

The L300 Go promotes recovery by activating the neuromuscular pathways required for gait.

Embedded sensor technology monitors patient movement in all three kinematic planes and triggers stimulation precisely when needed.

Indications for use:

• May provide ankle dorsiflexion which may improve gait and range of motion

• May reeducate muscles to function without the system (neuroplasticity/motor recovery)

• May increase local blood circulation

• May prevent muscle atrophy

The L300 Go System is available by prescription Rx only and requires a patient evaluation prior to use.
